Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to us
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Return Conditions

Items Must Be:

  • • In original, unworn condition
  • • Unwashed and unaltered
  • • With all original tags and labels intact
  • • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • • Items that have been worn or washed
  • • Items with missing or removed tags
  • • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • • Custom or personalized items

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
