Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will provide return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Return Conditions
Items Must Be:
- • In original, unworn condition
- • Unwashed and unaltered
- • With all original tags and labels intact
- • In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items:
- • Items that have been worn or washed
- • Items with missing or removed tags
- • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- • Custom or personalized items
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
