We offer full refunds for eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet our return conditions and be in original, unworn condition.

Refund Timeline

Step 3: Approval & Processing (2-3 business days)Once approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method
Step 4: Receipt (3-7 business days)Depending on your bank, refund may take 3-7 business days to appear

Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned after 7 days

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will provide a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
